Warranty

All of our equipment comes with a free 6-month warranty, and the option to upgrade to a 1-year warranty for a nominal fee.

During the warranty period, we will, at our option: Provide replacement parts necessary to repair the product; replace it with a comparable product; or have the unit shipped back to us for repair. Replacement parts and products will be comparable in function and performance to the original part or product and warrantied for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty excludes: Normal wear and tear or scratches, customer installed documents and software, problems caused by third party software and/ or “apps”, unauthorized repairs, any unauthorized modifications, issues related to “cookies, malware, virus infection” or any other issues related to Internet usage/ damages caused by third parties.

All laptop batteries are tested to hold a charge of 30 minutes but we cannot guarantee that it will last longer. It is our goal to provide you with the best equipment and best service for your dollar. Return Information

Many issues can be resolved by Customer Service, or Technical Support, in other circumstances an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number may need to be issued. In this instance, arranges will be made for the item to be returned to us. ALL returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA Number. All original items must be returned in original packaging ATR is not responsible for preserving customer data on returned items

Please note no refunds or exchanges will occur on returned merchandise until an ATR technician reviews your returned product(s) and confirms the reported issue/problem, and further confirms it meets all criteria for a valid warranty claim. RMAs on non-defective equipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee
